Our representation has grown rapidly by adding The Bent Metal Group to direct sales of Pioneer Industries in the Mid-Atlantic region. As a professional sales agency with locations in Pittsburgh and Baltimore and extensive experience in distribution and manufacturing, they are solely responsible for sales of Pioneer Doors and Frames in Ohio, Western Pennsylvania, Maryland and Delaware.

We have also appointed Jackson Sales Agency, Inc. as sales representatives in Georgia, South Carolina, and North Carolina.  David Jackson is an industry veteran having in-depth knowledge of hardware, and hollow metal doors and frames. His 20+ years of experience is a valued addition to our national sales team and growth strategy. In addition to these reputable agencies joining our sales force, we have strengthened our representation nationwide over the past 36 months to include; H&H Sales (MS, AL, TN, LA), Spargo (IL), SBS Sales (IA, KS, NE), Eisen Group (MI) and RJ Porter (CO).

To oversee our national network of independent sales groups, we have appointed John Goforth as our National sales Manager. Again, industry experience is the common denominator that drives customer satisfaction.

Our goal is to continually enhance customer service and achieve business excellence by improving our manufacturing and sales processes in order to fully satisfy—and generate increased value for our customers and the end-user, build relationships with our distributors and determine the key factors that lead to customer acquisition, satisfaction, loyalty and retention.
